Delete your account

For the Steady Learners app on iPhone, iPad and Android

You can delete your Steady Learners account, and everything in it, at any time. Deleting is permanent: it can’t be undone.

Delete it in the app

Open Steady Learners and tap Parent Portal, then enter your PIN.
Tap the Account button (top right).
Scroll down and tap Reset app & delete all data, then follow the steps.

If you have a subscription that still renews, cancel it first in the App Store or Google Play (Settings → Subscriptions): deleting your account doesn’t stop the store from charging you.

If you can’t open the app, email [email protected] from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm it’s you and delete the account within 30 days, and email you when it’s done.

What is deleted

Your account (your email and sign-in).
Every child’s profile, progress, lessons, books read, rewards and acorns.
Weekly reports, notification tokens, referral codes and credits, and any gear order details.

What we keep

Records of payments, which Apple or Google keep and which we may have to keep for tax and accounting for up to 7 years. They don’t include your children’s information.
Problem reports (app errors), which are deleted automatically within 14 days.
